Brevio role
Depending on the contracted service, Brevio Group Ltd may act as controller or processor. The role is defined in the applicable contract or data processing agreement.
Security
We apply reasonable technical and organisational security measures to protect data against unauthorised access, loss, alteration or improper disclosure.
Sub-processors and transfers
When infrastructure, communication or software providers are required, we seek appropriate contractual and technical safeguards.
Requests
Personal data requests can be sent to info@breviogroup.com with the relevant service, account or project reference.
Data deletion: what can be deleted
You may request the deletion of API access tokens and credentials, message logs and automated activity data on WhatsApp, Facebook and Instagram, and contact details and flow configuration linked to your account.
How to request deletion
Send your request to info@breviogroup.com indicating the business or client name, the linked asset (WhatsApp number, Facebook Page, Instagram account, etc.) and the type of data you want deleted. We handle requests within a maximum of 10 business days.
What happens after deletion
We deactivate the linked automated flows, revoke tokens and technical access, and remove the information from our internal systems and backups.
